How It Works

• Step 1 — Pilot drill: Bolt the jig securely onto your stock studs and pre-drill all holes with a 1/4″ bit.
• Step 2 — Finish drill the hub: Remove the jig and finish each hole with a 19/32″ bit to complete the unit bearing conversion.
• Step 3 — Press studs: Press out the original wheel studs and install them into the new 8×6.5 locations.
• Step 4 — Modify rotors: No jig needed here — simply use a 13/16″ bit to open up the existing rotor holes. The hub-centric design keeps everything centered on the unit bearing.
