2. Products All products are fabrication parts intended for off-road use. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your vehicle before purchasing. We are not liable for improper installation or use.

3. Pricing Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon payment. We accept major credit cards and other methods listed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping We ship to addresses within the US. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be uninstalled and in original condition. A restocking fee may apply.

7. Welding & Installation Some products ship unassembled and require welding. You assume all risk associated with fabrication and installation. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper welding or fitment.

8. Limitation of Liability Bama Beef Fab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
